Book a Scale Audit - Find the bottlenecks keeping your business owner-dependent.

A deep operational assessment for founder-led service businesses. We map the bottlenecks, systems gaps, and operational constraints holding you back into a written roadmap — delivered in two weeks. Yours to act on with or without us.

The clearest read on what to fix first — and which system to build next.

Why the audit comes first

A real audit. Not a sales call dressed up as one.

The output is a written scalability roadmap with prioritized recommendations and effort estimates. The work behind it is real — structured intake, a 60–90 minute deep-dive, document review, and a written deliverable.

We don’t come in with a system and tell you to adapt. We learn what exists, find what’s broken, and map the order to fix it in — so whatever we build next is fitted to your business, not a cookie-cutter playbook. It’s yours to act on with or without us.

What’s included

What the audit covers.

01

Workflow analysis

How work actually moves through your business — where it stalls, where it doubles back, where it routes through you.

02

SOP review

What’s documented versus what lives in heads. Where the knowledge gaps cost ramp time and quality.

03

Team process evaluation

Where the team waits on you. What gets asked over and over. Where ramp bleeds.

04

KPI visibility assessment

What you actually see versus what you should. Where decisions are made on gut instead of data.

05

AI opportunity identification

Where AI-enabled infrastructure would create the most leverage — and where it would just be a toy.

06

Written scalability roadmap

A prioritized implementation plan with effort, impact, and sequencing. Yours to keep.

The process

From intake to written roadmap in two weeks.

  1. 01

    Intake

You answer a structured set of questions about your business, team, tools, and operational pain. We confirm fit before scheduling.

  2. 02

    Deep-dive call

A 60–90 minute working session. We walk your operations, stack, and team structure. We map where the leaks are in real time.

  3. 03

    Document review

We review your existing SOPs, CRM data, dashboards (if any), and key workflows. We benchmark against what your tier should look like.

  4. 04

    Written roadmap

You receive a written scalability roadmap within ~2 weeks. Prioritized recommendations with effort estimates. Yours to keep and act on.

The audit

The Scale Audit.

Two weeks from kickoff to written roadmap. Yours to keep regardless of whether we work together after — the clearest read you can get on what to fix first.

Common questions

Before you start the audit.

Why start with an audit?
Because we don’t arrive with a pre-packaged system and tell you to adapt. The audit is real work — a structured intake, a 60–90 minute deep-dive, document review, and a written roadmap with prioritized recommendations and effort estimates. It tells us exactly what to build first, and the output is yours regardless of whether we work together after.
What if I just want a conversation first?
Start with the intake below. It’s a few questions about the business — no commitment. We review, confirm fit, and figure out together whether the audit is the right next step before anything is scheduled.
Do I have to install a system after?
No. Many clients take the audit and execute internally — that’s a valid outcome. Others move into the system the roadmap points to, whether that’s the Founder Independence System, the Market Authority System, or the Revenue Infrastructure System. Some use the roadmap to brief their own team or another partner. Whatever serves the business.
How long until the roadmap arrives?
About two weeks from kickoff. The deep-dive call happens within the first few days; document review takes a week; the written roadmap is delivered after that.
Will you make me switch tools?
No. The audit assesses what you have and recommends tool changes only when the savings or capability gain is obvious. Most engagements work with your existing CRM and stack.
Who is this for?
Founder-led service businesses doing $3M–$10M with 8–40 employees. Owners who can feel the operational weight and want a clear-eyed read on where the bottlenecks actually are.
