This site is operated by JAZE, LLC, an Oregon limited liability company trading as Jaze Systems. You can reach us at hello@jazesystems.com.

Your email address, if you give it to us. The only form on this site is the newsletter signup in the footer. It asks for an email and nothing else. If you do not fill it in, we do not collect it.

Standard technical information. Like most websites, our host records things like your IP address, browser type, and which pages loaded. This happens automatically and we use it to keep the site working.

Advertising and analytics cookies. We use the Meta pixel, a small piece of code from Meta (Facebook and Instagram). It tells us which pages get read and lets us show ads to people who have visited this site. It sets cookies in your browser.

We do not ask for your phone number, your address, or payment details anywhere on this website.

To send you the newsletter you asked for, to keep the site running and secure, to understand which pages are useful, and to advertise our services.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your email with anyone outside the services listed below.

We use a small number of outside services to run this site. Each one only gets what it needs.

• beehiiv holds the newsletter list. Your email goes to them when you sign up.
• Vercel hosts the site and keeps standard server logs.
• Meta receives pixel data about visits to this site, used for advertising and measurement.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights.

Some links on this site take you somewhere else. When you click Book a call, you land on founder-independence.com, which is a separate application built on GoHighLevel. That page collects more than this one does, including your phone number and your consent to receive text messages. It has its own privacy policy and its own terms, and those govern what happens there.

The same goes for any other site we link to. We are not responsible for how they handle your information.

We keep your email until you unsubscribe. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and it works immediately. Server logs are kept for a short period by our host and then discarded.

Ask us to delete your information. Email hello@jazesystems.com and we will remove what we hold. You do not have to give a reason.

Turn off advertising cookies. You can control these in your browser settings, and Meta offers its own ad preference controls in your account settings. Browsers that send a Global Privacy Control signal are honored.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information, including the right to know what we hold and to ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Email us and we will handle it.

This site is for business owners. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. If the change is significant, we will say so on this page.
