Everything here is marketing. It explains what we do and how we think about the work. Nothing on this website is an offer, a quote, or a contract.

If you engage us, the work is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both sides. That document sets the scope, the fee, the timeline, and what we guarantee. Where anything on this site differs from it, the signed agreement is what counts.

Articles, guides, and pages on this site are general information. They are not legal, tax, accounting, or employment advice, and reading them does not create a working relationship between us.

We describe outcomes we have seen inside real businesses. Your business is not those businesses. Nothing here is a promise of any particular result. What actually happens depends on your business, your team, and what you do with the work.

We try to keep the site accurate and current, but we do not guarantee it is free of errors, and it is provided as is.

The writing, guides, frameworks, design, and logos on this site belong to us. You are welcome to read them, use them inside your own business, and share a link.

Please do not republish them as your own, resell them, or use them to build a competing service.

This does not affect the guarantee in a signed client agreement. That is a separate promise in a separate document, and these terms do not reduce it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any dispute about this website belongs in the state or federal courts in Deschutes County, Oregon.

We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
